Common questions

How do you know what's at my local store?

We take nightly inventory snapshots from the FWGS website, store by store, for a curated set of hunt-worthy products. We don't have real-time stock — that data isn't public — but we have a daily read on what was on the shelf overnight.

Is the inventory in real-time?

No. It's a nightly snapshot. If a delivery comes Tuesday morning and you check the site Tuesday afternoon, the snapshot still reflects Monday night's stock. That's why delivery days matter.

How quickly do alerts go out?

Email alerts ship within minutes of a detected drop or lottery opening. SMS alerts (Pro) fire first, before email, with quiet-hours support so we don't text you at 3 AM.

Will SMS alerts wake me up at 3 AM?

No. Pro subscribers set a quiet-hours window in account settings; alerts queued during quiet hours send when the window opens. Email alerts are unaffected since they don't ring.
