Who can use Bottle Hunt

You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Pennsylvania to use Bottle Hunt. We confirm both via self-attestation at signup. Don't sign up if you don't meet both conditions.

What Bottle Hunt is

Bottle Hunt is an information aggregator and community directory. We monitor public information from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board's Fine Wine & Good Spirits system and let users report deliveries and sightings. We don't sell bottles, broker bottles, or process rebates. Pennsylvania's liquor laws (Title 47 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes — the Liquor Code) restrict alcohol sales to licensed retailers; Bottle Hunt is not a licensed retailer and does not facilitate sales.

Data is provided as-is

Inventory data is a nightly snapshot, not a real-time feed. Delivery-day readings are inferences with explicit confidence levels. Manufacturer rebates are curated from third-party sources and we link to those sources for verification. We don't guarantee accuracy or completeness, and bottles you see in a snapshot may have moved by the time you arrive.

Bottle Hunt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, Fine Wine & Good Spirits, or any liquor manufacturer or retailer. All trademarks belong to their owners.

User submissions

When you submit a delivery report, sighting, or any other content, you're telling us it's accurate to the best of your knowledge. Don't submit content that violates someone else's rights or Pennsylvania law. We may remove submissions at our discretion. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your submissions to operate the service.

Account changes

We can change, suspend, or end Bottle Hunt at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice for significant changes. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Bottle Hunt and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Use Bottle Hunt as one input among many; verify anything that matters by calling the store.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be settled in a court located in Pennsylvania.
