How do you know what's at my local store?

We take inventory snapshots from the FWGS website, store by store, for a curated set of hunt-worthy products. Availability changes frequently — always call the store to confirm before making a trip.

I can't log in.

Make sure you're using the email address you signed up with. If you still can't log in, email hello@bottlehunt.net and we'll sort it out.

I paid for SMS but didn't get a text.

Check that your phone number is verified in Settings → Alerts. SMS alerts also respect your quiet-hours window — if a drop lands during quiet hours, the alert is held until the window opens. If you've checked both and still see nothing, email hello@bottlehunt.net with your account email.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and click Manage subscription. You can cancel from there — your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Why was my sighting hidden?

A moderator hid it, usually because it was a duplicate, off-topic, or hard to verify. You'll see a reason on your profile. If you think it was a mistake, use the contact form below.

How do I delete my account?

Email hello@bottlehunt.net from your account email and ask for deletion. We'll remove your account and personal data within 30 days per our privacy policy.

Is my data shared?

We share data only with the services needed to operate Bottle Hunt PA: Supabase (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), hCaptcha (abuse prevention), and Sentry (error monitoring). We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Is Bottle Hunt PA affiliated with PLCB or FWGS?

No. Bottle Hunt PA is an independent community platform. Data is sourced from public FWGS listings. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board or Fine Wine & Good Spirits.
